AARRFF – Amazing Animals Rescued, Rehabilitated from Foster to Forever is affiliated Carolina Pet Rescue, We are a no-kill/limited entry group; we believe and support the No More Homeless Pets and spay/neuter initiatives. All animals adopted from AARRFF are spayed or neutered before being placed. We provide sanctuary and rehabilitation and, when the right home comes along, rehome needy small dogs (and others when our volunteers can’t resist). We maintain a waiting list of homes and our efforts are funded solely through adoption fees and donations.
