Adopt Shelter Animal Pets (ASAP) is a 501C3 organization dedicated to bettering the lives of homeless pets in West Richland by finding health and happy forever homes for stray and abandoned animals. We accomplish this in partnership with the City of West Richland by offering low cost spay and neuter assistance, family friendly adoption events, humane education, necessary fundraising for improved shelter conditions, and community involvement through volunteerism.
