Animal Rescue Friends Network Inc. (ARF’N) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit volunteer organization. We strive to rescue stray, unwanted and abandoned animals in Hernando and other counties and place them in safe, responsible, loving, PERMANENT homes.
