We serve Chester and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania. We are the only open-access shelter in this two-county area. For over 80 years, CCSPCA has promoted the welfare and humane treatment of animals, acting as advocates on their behalf. Each year, the CCSPCA delivers shelter, nourishment, and care to over 5000 cats, dogs and other domesticated animals.
