Miss Kitty’s Rescue is founded and operated by Mindy Miller. I, Rana Sabeh, run her web operations. We display our kitties at the Costa Mesa Pet Smart 24/7. We have volunteers who help with cage cleaning and fostering. We do what we do because we love cats and want to help as many as possible find loving homes.
