New Hope Animal Rescue is located in West Virginia. We are an all volunteer, non-profit, NO-KILL animal rescue group. We are dedicated to helping our furry friends through our spay/neuter assistance, emergency medical assistance (routine expenses are not covered. such as wellness checkups, vaccinations, parasite control, etc.), adoption and fostering programs.
