Taylor County SPCA is a group of volunteers that are dedicated to the well-being of all animals in the counties they serve. They accomplish this by education, active intervention, fostering, adopting and creating programs to enrich the life of any animal they come in contact with. They are not a political group, but will work to change and strengthen the animal laws of KY.
