TCPR is a small, foster-based rescue organization. We focus on rescuing animals from local impounds, often rescuing animals that are overlooked by adopters and even other rescues. These animals are often sick, older or special needs. We do occasionally intake animals from puppy mills, one out of state extremely high kill impound, and direct owner surrenders. We firmly believe in helping animals in need, and we often focus on helping those that need help most.
