Welcome Waggin’ Rescue is not a shelter facility but a private home. As such, we have the ability to provide hands-on socialization and training for the lost souls that cross our threshold. They have to learn how to live with other dogs and cats, are crate trained and learn self confidence. Above all, they learn that human hands CAN be gentle. They then wait patiently for their perfect family to appear.
