Central Florida Shiba Inu Rescue is a not-for-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to helping Japanese Shiba Inu find their way to forever homes. DC Shiba Inu Rescue (DCSIR) is a group of dedicated volunteers whose mission is to rescue, foster, vet and train neglected, homeless, abandoned and stray Shiba Inus.
Shiba Inu Rescue of Florida (SIRF) is dedicated to the welfare of companion Shiba Inu and Shiba mixes in Florida (and beyond, as feasible). We rescue and find loving homes for homeless Shiba Inu. All dogs will be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on all preventatives and medical care before adoption. In addition to rescue, we assist Shiba Inu owners with training and with medical care for their dogs, in order to help them avoid rehoming loved family members. We also educate the public with regard to the importance of spay/neuter and appropriate training for companion dogs. We are an all volunteer group and operate fully on donations from our supporters.
We are rescue for the Basenji and Shiba Inu dogs. We cover Indiana KY TN GA. We accept mixes of either breed also and are no kill by providing sanctuary for dogs not adoptable due to age or medical issues.
NYC Shiba Rescue (NYCSR) is an all volunteer group dedicated to contributing to the quality of life of Shiba Inus in and around the New York City metropolitan area. To that end, NYCSR actively works to rescue Shiba Inus and Shiba Inu mixed breed dogs from dangerous environments and shelters in order to find them loving, permanent homes. We will, among other things, foster and evaluate Shiba Inus in order to prepare them for adoption and seek out proper adoptive homes for the dogs. NYCSR also promotes responsible dog ownership by educating the public in the selection, care and training of dogs.
MSIR is a 501c3 non profit breed rescue organization dedicated to helping shiba inu in need. We rescue, provide veterinary care, socialize, and find loving forever homes for shiba inu from many sources including shelters, owner surrenders, and puppymill releases.
The purposes of Shiba Inu Rescue of Texas, Inc. are: To rescue dogs, primarily those of the Shiba Inu breed; to assess them and place them in foster homes where their immediate needs can be met; to address all medical and training needs to the best of the Corporation’s ability so that the dogs are adoptable; to place them into suitable permanent homes. To advance and encourage the control of animal population through birth control, the Corporation will ensure that all dogs of age and adequate health are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. To educate the public regarding responsible pet ownership. To prevent animal cruelty by education potential adopters of the general needs of and specific breed characteristics of the rescued dogs and by matching the rescued dog with the best potential adopter available.
We are dedicated to the Shiba Inu breed. We rehome, medically treat and vaccinate dogs prior to adoption. We love this breed and want to ensure that the right adopter is found for this difficult breed.
