Save The Giants (STG) is a Colorado-based non-profit giant breed dog rescue organization dedicated to rescuing and responsibly re-homing Great Danes, Saint Bernards, Great Pyrenees and English Mastiffs who are rescued from kill shelters and from dire situations/circumstances. STG will provide veterinary care, basic manners & socialization while foster families continue to work with our rescues to help them re-build trust and confidence in themselves and their home environments.
The Arizona Great Pyrenees Rescue Association is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to rescuing stray, abandoned, or sick purebred Great Pyrenees dogs and placing them in homes that will provide a high level of care, love, and compassion. All dogs are thoroughly temperament tested before being adopted to a new family.
We are a tax-exempt 501(C) (3) charitable organization whose mission is to help all deserving dogs of Great Pyrenees origin find good homes?wherever they are. We do not distinguish between dogs that come from pet stores, puppy mills or breeders, and we do not discriminate against Pyr mixes. NGPR ensures that all Great Pyrenees rescuers?wherever they are in the country?have the tools they need to place dogs effectively and efficiently. Our sole purpose is to support Great Pyrenees rescue.
Tender Heart & Great Pyr rescue is a local, non-profit animal adoption group. We rescue dogs (and some cats) from local animal shelters, vaccinate and spay/neuter them, and give them whatever special veterinary care they may need. Once they are ready to go to their new home they go to adoptions on the weekends at the PetSmart in Newnan. We are usually there on Saturdays from noon until 5ish, and sometimes on Sundays also.
To act as a shepherd for Saint Bernard dogs and puppies that are without suitable caretakers and are in need of help; to shelter the homeless; to care for and find homes for the unwanted, abandoned, neglected and abused; to feed the hungry; to provide medical services to the sick, injured and lame; to assist in the rescue of those subjected to conditions hazardous to their well-being or to confinement in government or private shelter, who without intervention would be needlessly Euthanize; to provide for the humane disposition of those not sound in mind, body or temperament; to educate the public as to the characteristics of, and proper care for, the breed so as to promote compatible, loving, lasting home/family placements; to educate the public as to responsible pet ownership so as to prevent accidental litters and to prevent inhumane trafficking in puppies and dogs, and so as to promote the most humane manner of disposition of pets at journey’s end; to encourage, promote and support research respecting the breed that explores or improves relations between the breed and owners or sheds light on the causes of abandonment, neglect or abuse, or promotes the public’s understanding of the special characteristics and attributes of the breed or that is designed to improve the welfare of the breed in any manner. Though the Foundation is established to provide services primarily to the Saint Bernard, the foundation will not refuse services to any dog in need of immediate and caring attention.

Carolina Great Pyrenees Rescue is a non-profit based out of Winston-Salem,NC that works to rescue and rehome abandoned and abused Pyrs in North and South Carolina. We are a member of the Great Pyrenees Club of America (GPCA). Our volunteer-based organization advocates for the breed and educates others about the proper care of these “gentle giants.” We also serve as a resource for Pyr owners throughout the region whether or not they adopted through CGPR. We sponsor social events, publish a newsletter, and maintain an on-line presence that enables Pyr people to meet and communicate with one another because we believe that celebrating the wonderful dogs who share our homes is an important part of rescue.

Big Fluffy Dog Rescue works to save Great Pyrenees, Saint Bernards, Newfoundlands and their mixes from euthanasia.
