We rescue mostly senior and special needs dogs from high kill shelters, get them vetted immediately, rehabilitated, and placed into loving foster homes until a forever home can be found. Many animals that come to us have had years of neglect and need major medical attention, including surgeries. Many of them have also been abused so we work with those animals to get them to trust humans again. We pay for all medical care, food and supplies while in our foster care program. We believe all animals young or old deserve a second chance and it?s been our experience that with proper medical care and tons of TLC most of these animals tend to thrive and live for a good many more years.

We are a non-profit, non-kill animal shelter. All of our animals are on monthly heartworm as well as flea and tick prevention. OUR MISSION is to rescue, rehabilitate, and find loving and safe homes for adoption. OUR PASSION is to rescue stray and abandoned dogs from the unconscionable, while providing them with a safe and loving environment until a permanent home is found. We are a 501 c 3 non-profit organization. We receive no state, federal or city funding. Our only funding is by donations or grants. We are committed to their long-term care by adopting them into homes that are prepared to commit to their pet’s welfare. We believe our companion pets deserve love and attention, proper housing, food, water and the necessary veterinary care. We are a non-kill facility. This rescue is truly a labor of love. I have rescued all my adult life. It’s my all consuming passion and obsession. Most of our rescued pets have been bounced around for much of their lives, prior to being rescued so, it is our utmost goal to ensure that a pets adoptive family will truly be his or her “forever” home and, our process is designed to ensure this, by trying to make the best possible match of pet to person. We are looking for “forever” homes for our pets where they will be a loved member of the family, living inside with their family, or safe in a backyard. The adoption fees for our pets vary, as adoption fees are based on the amount of veterinary work they have had, at the time of adoption. For more information on one of our featured pets, adoption fees, or to get a copy of our adoption application, give us a call or email us!

ALL Creatures Matter Rescue is here to help small breed dogs in need and ensure they get the care they deserve and are placed with loving families. I am very concerned about the welfare of these animals; therefore, an application and references will be required for adoption. All pets will have a non-refundable adoption fee and will be fully vetted. They will be spayed or neutered before leaving the rescue. We don’t want to contribute to the pet over-population and to the killing of innocent animals. ACM exists to save the lives of animals in need and depends upon donations, adoptions, and volunteers to exist.

Yorkie and Small Dog Rescue is a small 501 C 3 Non-Profit organization rescue group of all volunteers in the Houston/Conroe area. All dogs are fostered in individual homes so we get to know their personalities and hopefully can place them in the right home for the dog and their new owners. We require an application and a home visit to ensure that our rescued dogs go to the best home possible. All of our dogs are fully vetted before they can leave our homes. That includes a complete checkup, shots, spay/neuter, heart worm test, worming and microchip.

Little Dog Rescue is primarily a Maltese Rescue, a Poodle Rescue and a Yorkie Rescue ( although we do take other breeds and mixes), located in Orange County, CA. Although we consider ourselves a  classic “Mom and Pop” operation, the government classifies us as a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization. We are proudly listed in Guidestar, the national database of non-profit organizations . We are a retired couple who, after 10 years of raising Guide Dogs for the visually impaired, have decided to rescue small dogs instead.  We love dogs and we love to see them enhance a life. Our goals are two-fold.  First, we want to save shelter dogs and secondly, we want your life to be improved by matching a wonderful dog to a safe, loving and caring family. No one should have to live without a furry little friend, when there are so many of these little munchkins needing loving homes.
