Founded in 1999, Emancipet’s mission is to make spay/neuter services and preventive veterinary care affordable and accessible to all pet owners. We work toward this mission through expanding our network of low-cost clinics, training and supporting other clinics, and advocating for safe, accessible spay/neuter in every community.
