We are a small all-volunteer rescue organization with seasoned rescuers who have been rescuing and placing dogs for many years. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home abandoned, stray and neglected dogs.  ARRF does not have a shelter and depends on the generosity of our foster homes who open their homes and hearts to our dogs.   All of our dogs are evaluated for temperament and personality which helps to place them in the homes that are best suited for their needs and the needs of their future owners.
