The Carolina Animal Protection Society is a non-profit, unsheltered, humane society. We also help animals that have been turned over to us by their owners because of unforeseen life situations where they can no longer keep the animal. C.A.P.S. is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that was founded in 1977 as a result of the community’s need to assist homeless animals.
