Non-profit organization/ all volunteer. This organization was started on the Island in 2009 by Caroline Norton and Frank Wilson. Together with volunteers they fixed over 280 cats. Volunteers trap transport and return the cats to the colony. January of 2014 the organization was reorganized and since then (TNR) has become the goal to help control the overpopulation. The organization relies on donations and fundraisers to continue the practice recommended by the Humane Society and the SPCA. (from Facebook)
