Dogs Deserve Better-Barberton, Ohio (Summit County) is focused on helping the chained dogs of Barberton, Ohio (Summit County). Our focus is on education, community outreach, rescue, rehabilitation, adoption and networking. We do not have a shelter facility, so we absolutely depend on the kindness of others to open up their homes and provide safe, temporary housing for our rescues.
