GROWL is an all-breed rescue based out of South Carolina and also New Jersey. GROWL animals generally come from high kill shelters from South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia where kill rates range from 50-90%. We also rescue from the shelters (most non-kill) in New Jersey and New York.
