HSEC is a non-profit animal welfare organization who handles animal services for Escambia County. In order to save as many lives as possible, we promote adoptions at PetSmart-Pensacola, Petco-Pensacola, and PetSmart in Pace, FL. Cats are available at all locations all the time. We are also actively engaged in transferring adoptable puppies and dogs to shelters in more urban areas who have a demand for adoptable animals that they can not meet in their community.
