Lovers Not Biters Dog Rescue is a newly formed grassroots 501c3 nonprofit organization. We are presently operating in Louisiana (New Orleans/Baton Rouge) and California (Orange County/Los Angeles), rescuing dogs from high kill shelters and abandoned on the streets.
