Mid-Atlantic Border Collie Rescue (MABCR), formerly known as Kent County Border Collie Rescue is a not-for-profit organization run primarily by volunteers. We currently serve the following states; Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Virginia and West Virginia, as well as the District of Columbia.
