Operation C.A.R.E. (Carolina Animal Rescue Effort) is a NO KILL, Rock Hill, SC non-profit, 501c3 all volunteer animal welfare organization saving animals primarily from high kill shelters in both of the Carolinas since 1990. As a 100% volunteer run animal rescue, we are solely supported by donations and volunteer assistance. We couldn’t exist without your continued support! We receive no assistance of any kind other than from wonderful donors. Donations of any kind, be it monetary, food or linens for the pets are tax deductible and always in need!
