Provides shelter and adoption services for the homeless pets of Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson and York County. Recently, they have expanded to become a ?no kill? animal shelter, and provide humane education to students and civic groups, and outreach programs to the citizens of our community. The mission of the Peninsula SPCA is to find loving homes for every animal in our care, and to advocate for the humane treatment of all animals in their community.
