Rotties & Notties is a small rescue organization, doing our best to make sure homeless, abused, abandoned, and/or neglected pets find the perfect forever home. Our primary objectives are to help dogs and dog owners needing assistance, educate the public on proper pet ownership, and prevent future unwanted litters.
