Mission Statement: Secondhand Snoots is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill rescue and foster care organization. We are dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of animals from high-kill animal control facilities. Our time and resources are dedicated to rescuing, re-homing and educating the community about animals with special needs, injuries, and illnesses. ​Vision: ​The primary focus of this Rescue Organization will be to rescue animals from high-kill animal control facilities, provide foster care for rescued animals, find suitable homes for animals without owners, increase compassion, respect for and to find new homes for special needs animals, and to return lost animals to their owners.
