Tri-State K9 Lifeline will assist rescues and shelters by pulling, fostering, networking, transporting and LOVING shelter dogs in need in the Tri-State area — WV, KY and OH. They are a small group of dedicated volunteers based in Ashland, KY. Their primary focus is assisting dogs from their local shelter, The Boyd County Animal Control Shelter in Ashland, KY.
