The Upshur County Humane Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to animal welfare in our area. We firmly believe in community education about pets and pet care awareness, with a focus on providing spay/neuter assistance. We feel that serving our community best is by helping to prevent additional unwanted animals in our area. THE UPSHUR COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY is a no-kill shelter. For this reason, our facility is ALWAYS full! WE ARE CLOSED TO ALL ANIMAL INTAKE — ANY FUTURE DROP OFFS WILL BE TAKEN TO ANIMAL CONTROL!!!
