Spirit Ridge is a sanctuary for handlers with difficult dogs coming from a variety of backgrounds in addition to a ‘Rescue’ facility for (primarily) Belgian Shepherds that have been abandoned at Humane Societies and/or SPCAs.  In addition to having three rescued dogs of our own, we have been able to rehabilitate and re-home many dogs that are now thriving in their new environments.
