Private, protected dog park for dogs under 20 pounds and their owners. ALPPS features a fenced and covered, private, secure park for petite pooches 20 pounds and under. The park also has 2 sunrooms facing the park for Moms and Dads to enjoy. One room is a coffee/reading room with a breakfast nook and fireplace. The other room is an activity/craft room. I offer free treats and refreshments–for both you and your baby. Location: 1051 Donald Ave. Directions: Between Oak Harbor and Coupeville on Highway 20.
