Each dog at Bonny Doone has its own comfortable kennel – we have 20 rooms total for them. Outside, the dogs have 7 individual play yards where they have freedom to run and enjoy themselves. We also do play dates for multiple dogs by request. We offer cat boarding too in a separate

Off Leash Dog Park. There is a great place to have dogs run off leash. It is a pretty recent dog park, about 1-2 years old. There are both small and large dog sides. From Hwy 80 East Bound take the Redwood Street EAST exit. Location: Redwood and Ascot Parkway. Directions: Follow Redwood to Ascot Parkway and turn right. Stay in the right lane. The park will be a little more than a block farther on your right. Pull into Wardlaw Park and you are there!

The dog park is a popular place to exercise dogs off-leash in one of Sonoma County’s largest dog parks. Additional fundraisers and donations have enhanced the dog park with a drinking fountain for dogs, a gazebo for shade for people and pets, pathways, and additional trees for shade.

Large public playing field, partially fenced, next to a golf course. Official hours are Mon-Fri, 6am – 3pm (Sept-May), Mon-Fri 6am – 8am (Jun-Aug), Sat-Sun 6am – 8am and Mon-Sun 8pm – 10pm. However, this is a large park and most of the sports events take place in the southern half. We have never been kicked out. People even offer dog training classes here. There are also drinking fountains. My old dogs like to romp on the turf grass. Location: East Washington St, east of Sonoma Mt. Parkway, just past the Petaluma airport (on your right). Directions: From HWY 101 north take the E. Washington–Central Petaluma exit. Turn right onto E. Washington drive approx. 1 mile. Take the first left turn after the airport. There will be baseball diamonds and recreational buildings at the south end of the park. Follow the drive to the north end, where there is plenty of parking and shade.
