1400 California Crossing Road

Directions: At Gateway Park, which is north of Interstate 30 between Beach Street and Oakland Boulevard, east of downtown. From I-30, exit Beach Street (just east of downtown Fort Worth), head north on Beach Street for approximately a quarter of a mile, and turn east (right) at the Gateway Park sign. Then proceed another quarter of a mile; Fort Woof Dog Park will be on your left. Just park in the parking lot.

Small park that is used primarily by local neighborhood. The nearest parking lot is about 1.5 miles away at 3900 Beltway Drive and can be accessed via a pedestrian park trail. Local residents have asked that you do not park on the street.

The area has benches, picnic tables, water stations for humans and animals, and waste pickup/disposal stations. Please access the park from the parking lot directly west of the area. You will find the parking lot by traveling one half-block north on Pleasant Valley Drive from its intersection with Spring Creek Parkway, west of Custer Road. Directions: Parking is available along Pleasant Valley Drive north of Spring Creek Parkway providing the shortest route and most convenient parking for the site. Off-street parking is also available at Jack Carter Park, just a few yards north on Pleasant Valley Drive. The Parks and Recreation Department encourages parking in these two areas. The area has benches, picnic tables, water stations for humans and animals, and waste pickup/disposal stations. Hours for the dog park area are 7 a.m. to sunset daily.
