Hours and Pricing
Check-In / Check-Out hours are as follows:
Monday – Saturday 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Sunday 2 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• An additional day of boarding will be charged for pick-ups after 10 a.m. (Sunday always counts as a day of boarding.).
• Charges will be applied for early or late check-ins and check-outs.
• Though we are here caring for your pup, our office is closed for check-ins and check-outs on all major holidays.
• We require a $100 deposit for holiday stays.
• Be sure to inquire about additional holiday fees.
• Cancellation policy: We will refund a deposit if cancellation is at least 5 days prior to check-in date. No refunds of deposits will be made if the cancellation is less than 5 days prior to check-in.
• We accept VISA, MasterCard, checks and cash.
We encourage people to leash their pets until they are safely checked in.

Dogs
Genesee boarding facilities will board only animals that are house broken.

*We do recognize accidents can happen.

Genesee Pet Resort offers two types of boarding
• Suites
• Conventional Kennels
• We are also able to do some boarding in our home for well mannered animals with special needs.

Your animal is guaranteed a clean comfortable stay in all areas.

Cats
We have limited space for cat boarding but are able to provide some single and double boarding. Cats are boarded in our reception area away from potential dog harassments.

Boarding

Country Kennels Bed & Biscuit is a 2700 square foot upscale canine boarding facility located on 10 country acres next to our home in Iron Ridge, Wisconsin. If you are looking for long term or short term pet boarding, or even just daily socialization, our doggy dare care will be exactly want you are looking for. We are experienced, knowledgeable, and loving caregivers that treat every guest as our very own pet. Our facility offers a stress-free “like home” environment catering to your dogs every need, while providing an individualized care plan for each and every guest so they feel right at home. We are not your traditional boarding kennel.

We are dedicated to providing the ultimate in comfort, health, and safety for each of our guests and have sought out innovations in pet care to provide our guests with the most unique pet boarding experience around. Our facility offers many extra accommodations as a standard of care at no additional cost that most dogs would only receive in a luxury boarding facility such as:

Family Pet Boarding offers boarding for dogs and cats at our full service kennel. Our boarding facility provides a comfortable and relaxing home away from home for your pet when you need to be away on business, vacation or an emergency.

Reservations and Rates
Reservations are required at all times to assure availability of service and facilities and to avoid disappointment. Occasionally, facilities may be available without reservation, so please call, even at the last moment. A rate schedule is available upon request. Your bill is payable at the time of departure. Family Pet Boarding accepts cash and all major credit cards.

Boarding Policies
• Check out time is 11 am. An additional day of boarding will be charged after 11 am.
• We recommend bringing your pet’s regular food. If this is not possible, we can provide pet food at an additional charge.
• Bedding is provided free of charge. However, you are welcome to bring your pet’s favorite blanket or your own bedding provided that it is washable.
• Please feel free to bring your pet’s favorite, durable toy such as a Kong or Nylabone. We ask that you do not bring stuffed dog toys.

Boarding
At County Aire Kennels, your furry family member will have a safe, clean place to stay while you’re away. We keep our pet guests’ quarters as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We offer several options for overnight boarding. Kitties have condos and dogs enjoy our spacious indoor/outdoor kennels. Our daily rate includes loving care for your pet and potty breaks throughout the day in our outside fenced, grassed areas. The daily rate also includes 1 15 minute playtime per day. Whether they come for a couple of days or spend a whole vacation with us, we make them part of our family while they’re here.

Pricing
The daily rate includes one 15 minute playtime/freetime. Additional playtimes or walks can be purchased for additional charges. Please see our Activities tab for those rates.
1 Dog Single Kennel $21.50 per day
2 Dogs Single Kennel $38.50 per day ($19.25 per dog per day) This kennel is Suitable for Small-Medium sized dogs from the same family to share
2 Dogs Double Kennel $40.50 per day ($20.25 per dog per day) This kennel is suitable for larger dogs from the same family to share.
3 Dogs Double Kennel $57.50 per day ($19.17 per dog per day)
Cat Boarding $11.00 per day

Food & Medications
We will take care of giving all medications (please make sure they’re properly labeled), and require you provide your pet’s own food from home. This eliminates upset stomachs due to sudden changes in diet.

What to Bring
• Each dog should bring his/her own food
• Vaccinations records should be given to us before check-in (view vaccination requirements)
• A couple toys (please don’t over do it!)
• Small blankets or bed (must be machine washable)
• Treats or chewies
All items should be labeled with dog’s name. All items are optional except food.

What Not To Bring
• Large blankets or large beds
• Dog dishes, we know some dogs may eat better from their own dishes, but if possible leave them at home.
• If you do bring your own dishes they cannot be glass or ceramic.
• Anything of value (sometimes things can get lost or destroyed)

Spa Packages, such as the ‘Hair Be Gone’ (a shedding treatment) or the ‘Pet So Soft’ (a hot oil treatment), can be added to your pet’s bath, grooming or hair cut for that special pampered touch. We are located in a beautiful rural setting just west of Crystal Lake and north of Huntley and have been tending to the needs of family, friends, neighbors, and their pets in northeast Illinois for over 20 years.

We don’t believe in “storing” your pets until your return. Instead, we give them many opportunities each day to get off the concrete and out of the building and run around and play in our ten large grassy play yards. Well socialized pets are allowed to play together in small groups while some owners and/or pets prefer a yard to themselves.

We will also work with you on emergencies (delivery of baby, death or illness in family, etc.) regarding arrival time outside of normal business hours.

Rates: Flat Rate

• Dogs: $28.00 a day per dog
• Cats: $18.00 a day per cat

• We also have special rates for Day Care and Long Term Boarding

Complimentary Rate of $14.00 for afternoon drop-offs and morning pick-ups
($9.00 complimentary rate for cats)

Special Needs Requests : $5.00 per day

Some requests are becoming very time consuming for our staff. If your pet requires special daily grooming, food preparation, or medicating, there will be an extra daily charge.
Special needs are an individual matter, so please ask ahead of boarding if your pet is a special needs matter

During Your Pets Stay:

• Please provide a telephone number where YOU can be reached in case we have any questions or have a medical emergency during your pet’s stay.

• You are welcome to bring “stuff” for your pets. Many of our clients bring toys, stuffed animals, towels, beds, old sweatshirts that smell of you, etc. You may even bring your own food, although we feed a very high quality diet of the best human grade dry and canned foods, supplemented with vitamins and minerals.

• No dishes or bowls please. We have everything we need to care for your pet.

Nutrition:

We believe that so many of our pets are nutritionally deficient. They have poor coats, flaky, itchy skin, sores that won’t heal, ear infections, etc. etc. Please don’t be offended if we ask what you are feeding at home. We have an information sheet that will help you evaluate the quality of any dog (or cat) food by its ingredients list. The diet at the kennel for those who do not bring their own food consists of the very best dry and canned food.
We also have a lending library of books and CDs on behavior, training, animal psychology, health care, nutrition, etc.

A Day In Our Kennel:

Out: First thing in the morning we start rotating dogs into our large, grassy, fenced-in yards, clean their kennels, and give fresh water.

Breakfast: Once all dogs are back into their kennels, it is time to feed; your food or ours, according to the directions you gave us. This is also time for medicine time, clean up, laundry, bathing, etc.

Out: Again, and again. Clean kennels and yards again and again

Naptime: Lights out, no people in back to disturb this quiet time.

Out: Rotate all dogs into yards, clean, fill water, etc.

Dinner: Feed, medicine, water… etc.

Out: Rotate all dogs out into yards, clean, and water

Free Time: Til Morning

Established in 2004, Pampered Pup’z is a place you can bring your dog for all its Grooming, Day Care and Overnight needs. Our 5000 square foot indoor/outdoor modern facility is designed to provide a safe, clean, and most of all, fun environment.

We also produce Dog Days of Summer, which is a dog festival in Downtown Libertyville.

Dog Lodging
Your dog should have a safe, clean and fun place to stay while you’re away. At Barrington Kennels Pet Resort your pet will have a 4’ x 8’ inside room with a window looking out on a connecting 4’ x 16’ outside run. The inside rooms are separated by a solid wall, giving your pet his own private quarters. All rooms are air conditioned and heated. All dogs receive clean, comfortable lambswool bedding to sleep on daily. If you have more than one dog and would like them to stay together, our rooms are large enough to accommodate several dogs together depending on their size.
No inside potty rooms here! Your pet will have an individual outdoor potty area and will be let outside 4 times daily. Each run is cleaned and sanitized after each exercise period. Your pet is outside approximately 20 minutes per exercise period depending on weather conditions.

Because the owners live in residence, pets can be supervised any hour of the day including Sundays and holidays.
We provide a high quality kibble for your dog. Our main feeding is in the morning, however, additional feedings can be done upon request at no additional charge. If you prefer, we can feed dry or canned food that you provide at no extra charge. Please put each meal portion in an individual baggie labeled with your pet’s name. Canned foods should be labeled with your pet’s name also. We cannot accept any foods that need to be cooked, thawed, frozen, or refrigerated (except for canned foods).

If your dog is taking medication, please be sure to bring enough for his/her entire stay. We will administer any medication according to your veterinarian’s directions for a nominal charge

Day Lodging
An alternative for dogs who do not do well in day care settings. Your pet can come visit us for the day and enjoy individual attention and playtime. Our regular business hours apply.

Meet & Greet
First time boarding? Make an appointment to have your dog visit us for the day anytime before his first stay. This gives your pet a chance to meet us, check out his room and enjoy a complimentary organic treat!

Cat Lodging
Cats might seem pretty independent, but we know they need just as much love as dogs do. All of our cat guests have their own special cat condos in a dog-free section of our boarding facility to provide them a safe and more relaxing personal environment. Our guests’ quarters are kept clean, comfortable and as relaxing as possible. We provide clean litter and a lambswool rug daily. Cat condos come with a relaxing shelf and scratching post and all pets get regular and loving attention from our staff. If you have more than one cat and wish them boarded together, we have double-sized condos to accommodate multiple cats.

Because the owners live in residence, pets can be supervised any hour of the day including Sundays and holidays.
