Two large fully landscaped and fenced in enclosures for both big and small dogs. Shade areas and benches on both sides. A nice setting in an urban surrounding. Port-o-potty restroom, poop bags for doggy cleanup, water fountains and bowls, plenty of parking. Location: Lafayette and Reed. Directions: 101 exit De La Cruz to El Camino make right at Lafayette. Turn right at read and turn immediate right into parking lot.

1.3 acre dog run within Memorial Park (dedicated to 9/11/01). Fenced, water, shade structure, benches, and surface is decomposed granite, a sandy material that dogs seem to love. Location: Bollinger Canyon Road at San Ramon Valley Blvd., just west of I680 freeway offramp. Directions: I680 exit Bollinger Canyon Road, west to San Ramon Valley Blvd, park straight ahead on south side of Bollinger Canyon Road.

Location: 2901 Cowper Street at Colorado and Loma Verde.

Shore Dogs dog park is a fully fenced park with both an area for large dogs and one for small dogs. The park is part grass, part DG. Water bowls are available along with poop cans, scoops and plastic bags. There is plenty of parking. The park is open from dawn until dusk. Fenced, off-leash dog exercise park. Location: Radio Road. Directions: From San Francisco International Airport, take 101 South and exit at Holly Street/Redwood Shores Pkwy. Stay to the left in the fork and circle around up over the freeway. Stay on Redwood Shores Parkway for about 2.4 miles to Radio Road. Turn right on Radio Road to the stop sign and turn right again, (entrance to the dog run is a short distance from the stop sign on your right).

3450 Brookdale Drive, next to the Curtis Elementary School. Directions: From Lawrence Expressway, turn on Lochinvar heading east. Take a left on Bing, right on Brookdale. It will be on your right. Dog swimable shoreline trails and off-leash permitted! There is also a $1 dog fee. Location: 7000 Del Valle Road, Livermore, CA 94550. Directions: There is only one entrance to the park so you can use Mapquest or Yahoo Maps to get full directions. Once entered the park, proceed to the main boat launch/concession area where the trail head start. Off-leash are only allowed beyond this gate. Enjoy!

Almost 3,300 acres. No dogs are allowed within the Little Hills Ranch Recreation Area. Interstate 680 to Bollinger Canyon Road and go North, past the entrance to Little Hills Ranch Recreation area.

Off leash -small and large dog enclosures. Re-opened after soil examinations concluded no toxins in the dog park area. Location:: Watson Dog Park is located at the north end of Watson Park, North 22nd and Jackson streets, near Highway 101. The park is accessible through the former main entrance on Jackson Street near Monferino Drive. Parking: Parking is in the park’s lower paved lot, with a pathway near the closed Community Gardens that leads to the dog park.

Marina and Fairway. It is just south of the channel bridge as you go along the shoreline next to the golf course. Park at the south end of Marina Park and walk over the bridge and you will find it.

Off Leash Dog Park. Gravel and double gated. Under an overpass. Location: On Ryland Street *under* Coleman Avenue, east of Hwy 87.

Off Leash Dog Park. Location: At the corner of Delmas and Park Avenues, north of San Carlos and east of Hwy 87.

Large off-leash area, limited grass (mostly brush, dirt and some rocky areas). 70 acre+ area, some picnic tables, limited water outlets and restrooms (please bring a water bottle on hot days). Adjacent to Oakland Airport. Lots of ground squirrels and trees. Perfect place for sniffy noses and very safe too! Potty bags available at entrance. Location: Neptune Dr. Directions: Take the Marina exit off of the 880, and go west towards the Marina. Make a right onto Doolittle and a left at Williams. Go to the end and make a right (my doggie brain thinks it is called Neptune Dr.). Follow to the end. The entrance is on the west side. Use a leash for the first 500 feet, them, let ’em roam!

5pm to 8pm. Fenced, benches, handicap access, poopbag dispenser, trees, water, restrooms, trashcans, shelter. Located on Wabash and West San Carlos.

Small Park with fencing. Good park. There are separate areas for big dogs and little dogs, poop bags, water, picnic tables and some agility toys. Location: Foster City Blvd. Directions: From S.F. take 101 South to the Hillsdale exit. Go east on Hillsdale Blvd. until Foster City Blvd. then turn right. Park is on the right at the corner of Foster City Blvd. and Bounty.

Boothbay Avenue and Edgewater Lane

Off Leash Dog Park. Location: End of Graves Ave behind Orchard Supply Hardware. Directions: Off Saratoga Avenue across from Westgate Shopping Center.

Take 580 to the Keller exit (from either direction), go east on Keller, turn left on Campus and turn immediately right on Canyon Oaks Drive and turn left, go to the end of the parking lot, and there is the trail head.

16 acres in the middle of a preserve. Accessible via the Blue Oak Trail or the Cordilleras Trail. Dogs must be kept on-leash to and from the off-leash area. Directions: Off Crestview Drive and Edmonds Road near San Carlos.

Location: off 3rd Avenue in San Mateo. Directions: from 101 north or south bound take East 3rd Avenue and follow it out until you see Shoreline Park area.

Off Leash Dog Park. Location: 1250 Dell Ave. Directions: From San Jose – Currently, the northernmost access to the trail is located at Blackford Elementary School, near the intersection of Leigh Avenue and Willow Street. Limited on-street parking is available at Bascom Avenue, north of Hamilton Avenue. From Campbell – Access and parking are available; from Campbell Park on Los Gatos Creek at Campbell Avenue; from Los Gatos Creek County Park located on Dell and Hacienda Avenues, from Old Camden Ave., and from the westerly end of Campisi Way, north of Campbell Avenue. Additional access points are located at Camden Avenue/Highway 17 and Railway Avenue. From Los Gatos – Access and parking are available; from Vasona County Park and Oak Meadow Park off Blossom Hill Road, from downtown Los Gatos at Miles Avenue, Main Street, and Forbes Mill, and from the Lexington Reservoir Dam. Public transit is available to Los Gatos Creek Trail. Located inside Los Gatos Creek Park next to the casting ponds. Its a County park so there is a fee for parking in their lot. Separate enclosures for large and small dogs.
