Unofficial Off Lead Canine Gathering Area in Hyde Park. People tend to gather with the dogs about five or six each eve. The area is unfenced and some pups have wandered into the street, hence, supervision and good recall is needed. Kansas City. Location: Off of Gilham Road and 39th Street…east towards Harrison at the point where Holmes, Charlotte and Campbell meet just west of Harrison. Directions: Turn East on Armour Boulevard from Gilham until Charlotte or Campbell, turn Right {South} for two blocks and at the end where they meet there is a small park area. Bring doggy bags as the dispenser is most often empty.
