Ewing Dog Park

Open year round, daily, 6:00 a.m. to sunset. 8.5 acre of fenced area for all dogs. One acre of fenced area for dogs 20 lbs or less. Sloped terrain with mature tree and a mix of tall and short grass. Shaded open air shelter. Dog Owners Must have a Permit to Enter Permit Fees ﾕ 2012 annual dog park permit fees are $20.00. 2012 dog park permits will be valid January 1, 2012 – December 31, 2012. Requirements to Purchase a Permit ﾕCurrent dog license from the City of Des Moines or their home jurisdiction ﾕCurrent dog rabies vaccination certification ﾕDog must be no less than four months old ﾕPermits and tags pertain to specific dogs, not the dog park and therefore cannot be transferred to other dogs or dog owners.
