Off-leash, fenced in area. Small area, has two picnic tables. Garbage facilities. Not sure if there were poop bags or not. Location: One mile east of intersection of Highway 79 and 98 in Panama City Beach in the Frank Brown Recreational Area. Enter the recreational complex and follow the signs.
