Nordhouse Dunes is a wilderness area with a campground and miles of trails on the shore of Lake Michigan on the western side of Michigan. When you go down to the beach there is actually a sign that says People Beach to the right and Dog Beach to the left. There is over a mile or two of beach, dunes and water for your dog to romp in.
