In the mid-1800’s Fairfax Animal Hospital was a dairy farm. In the 1930’s beside where we are residing now there was a country store, there were pony rides, and in the 1940’s the airport was right across the street. In 1945 we became the first animal hospital in Fairfax County.

A trail along the reservoir. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the parking lots, picnic area adjacent to the dam and the water in front of these areas. Dogs are allowed to be off leash beginning at the trail head past the last parking lot on the east side of the reservoir and beyond the trail head at the lower parking lot on the south end of the reservoir.
