You are supposed to keep your dog leashed but no one does and I’ve never seen any police there enforcing it. Location: End of Lincoln Drive. Directions: Take Germantown Ave into Chestnut Hill. Go through shopping area of G-town Ave in Chestnut Hill to Willow Grove Ave. Go right onto Willow Grove Ave. Take a right onto Lincoln Drive at second stop sign. Park is on your left about a half block down.
