Eye Care for Animals is available to assist you and your veterinarian with treatment of your pet’s eyes. While you may contact us by phone, we encourage your veterinarian to use our referral form. This will provide a record of your pet’s medical history and any previous treatments. You may then fax, mail, or hand deliver it to the Eye Care for Animals practice of your next appointment.
Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital is located a few blocks north of downtown Main Street in Mesa at 744 N. Center Street. We are within a 45 minute drive of most of the Valley via the 202, 101 or 60 (outside of rush hour!). Although the majority of our clients come from Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Ahwatukee, we have clients devoted to their pets who travel from as far away as Kingman, Flagstaff, Sedona, Casa Grande, and even Kanab, Utah!

Oakwood at Signature Place Tempe allows pets up to 80 lbs for a one-time $400 fee and $4 per night per pet. No aggressive breeds.
