The only ‘dog beach’ in the county — because the county doesn’t consider this a beach. Dogs are always allowed to swim here, and many do. Be careful of the causeway — in some places it is very close to the beach, and the area is not fenced in. The water deepens gently but never gets very deep and is very seldom rough.
