Kroll Park Off-Leash Dog Park Kroll Park is located at the intersection of Kroll Way and Maltavo Dr. just west of Gosford Rd. This park offers individual picnic areas, a large sandlot style play area, and a very large leash free zone for dogs. This large, fenced off-leash dog park is located near Stockdale Hwy and Gosford on the west side of Bakersfield. To get there from Highway 99, take Stockdale Hwy west to Gosford, turn left and then turn left onto Kroll Way.
