The site is located in the lower portion of Dr. Jose Rizal Park. Access through the double gate near the green kiosk north of the parking lot. The area is about 4 acres and is fully fenced.

Enclosed Dog Park. Fenced and water available. There is am enclosed dirt & wood chip area for dogs. Doggie waste bags available. This used to be an area for horses. There are a few picnic tables to sit on. People usually bring a gallon of water with them. This area was a horse corral, so the fences are sturdy and in good repair. There are picnic tables to sit on, and a water stand available for the dogs. New bark chip has just been placed. This is a nice enclosure, and has double gates to help get you safely in and out of the park. Location: 148th Avenue, across from Bellevue Community College.
