The Woodlands Dog Park/Cattail Park. The Woodlands Associations. This is a wonderful park for a picnic and has a great playground for the kids. The dog park area is fenced, has a water hose for the dogs, and shaded seating area. Cattail Park is home to The Woodland’s first dog park; it is located at 9323 Cochran’s Crossing Drive and is open daily from dawn to dusk. Small dog time is each morning from 9:30 – 10:30.
