Open and free to Rome and all surrounding communities at all times. A large (7 acre) and a small fenced dog park with shelters, play equipment and porta potty on site. Non-aggressive and not-in-heat dogs only. Owners responsible for supervising their pets and poop pickup (bags and trash bins available). Children must be supervised more strictly than dogs to prevent damage or injury. Take Apache Avenue east off of Hwy 13 in Rome only a couple miles to park on left just before Rome’s Transfer Site. Informational signs provide park Paws Laws and how to join DOG (Dog Owners Group) for emails of play dates and events. Donations welcome. Come and enjoy the parks!

Directions: From Hwy 13 south of Cty Rd D in the town of Rome in northern Adams County, go west on Apache Avenue for less than one mile. Dog park sign is on left one road west of 15th and just east of Rome’s Recycling Center. Follow the short dirt road to the park.
