Great dog beach, just north of the actual Zephyr Cove Resort. If you park in the lot close to the beach you will probably have to pay but if you park across Hwy 50, it’s free. Not many peple there during the week, but it gets crowded on weekends. Nice sandy beach, but the shore is rocky. You’ll need water shoes to walk in the water. There is also a picnic area.
