Dr. Jose Rizal Park is located at 1008 12th Avenue South on North Beacon Hill. The pilot Off-Leash Area on North Beacon Hill is now open. The site is located in the lower portion of Dr. Jose Rizal Park. Access through the double gate near the green kiosk north of the parking lot. The area is about 4 acres and is fully fenced.
At Martin Luther King Jr. Way and S. Massachusetts Street on the NW corner. No off-leash areas in I-90 lid Park, located just east of Blue Dog Pond.

Bordered by South Genesee and 46th Ave S. A fenced, open area on a previous landfill has become a popular place for dogs and their owners to exercise, socialize, play and learn.

Enclosed Dog Park. Fenced and water available. There is am enclosed dirt & wood chip area for dogs. Doggie waste bags available. This used to be an area for horses. There are a few picnic tables to sit on. People usually bring a gallon of water with them. This area was a horse corral, so the fences are sturdy and in good repair. There are picnic tables to sit on, and a water stand available for the dogs. New bark chip has just been placed. This is a nice enclosure, and has double gates to help get you safely in and out of the park. Location: 148th Avenue, across from Bellevue Community College.

Location: Near Hostmark/Caldart intersection (near High School), turn Right on Caldart, to driveway just before new housing development starts. Directions: At Hostmark/Caldart intersection (near High School), turn roughly east up driveway and take R fork. Other fork goes to school district. Dog area is on your right as you enter park. Informal parking area just beyond far end of fenced area.
