The Downriver Central Animal Control Agency (DCACA) is a collaborative effort among Southgate, Wyandotte, Allen Park, and Lincoln Park. All cities adopted uniform animal control ordinances and combined jurisdictions in April 2013, except for Lincoln Park, which uses the shelter for housing only.
