Dog Parksoff-leash areas may be accessed from all park entrances Daily 9 p.m.-9 a.m., Apr.-Oct.; 5 p.m.-9 a.m., rest of year (in the 80-acre Long Meadow and 6-acre Peninsula Meadow). Dogs may be off-leash in the 15-acre Nethermead Mon.-Fri. 5 p.m-9 a.m. year-round (closed holidays). On holidays and weekends, the hours above apply to Nethermead as well. At all other times, dogs must be on a leash, minimum fine for non-compliance $100. Trees, restrooms (at Long Meadow only; may not be available early in the morning), water (some fountains equipped with troughs for dogs). No separate area for small dogs. Small swimming area in the Long Meadow near the 9th Street entrance. Note: Use of the park is at the ownerï¾’s risk. Dogs may be off-leash with appropriate supervision in three large meadows at the hours specified above; please observe all off-leash rules. Rules are posted online and at park entrances. Dogs must be on a leash at all other places and times.
