To help reduce the killing of thousands of animals each year due to dog and cat overpopulation, ARF has opened its clinic’s doors to community members for low-cost spay and neuter surgeries.
We are a non-profit organization that offers low cost spay and neuter services for low income residents of Stanislaus County. Our goal is to lower the pet overpopulation problem in Stanislaus County and therefore decrease the euthanasia rates in our local shelters.

Spaying & neutering also makes your pets healthier and better behaved companions. ACT opened in Stockton in late 2009 and we have already safely and humanely sterilized thousands of animals.
